RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> OF CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br /> On motion ()f Mr. __~ , seconded by <br />Mr. ... ~~ , the following resolution was <br /> <br />adopted: <br /> Be it resolved: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Cabarrus County Electrical Code, passed <br /> <br />and promulgated on February 2, 1948, be, and the ~ame is, hereby <br /> <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Delete and strike from Section 3 all of <br />subsections 2, 3, and 4. <br /> (b) At the end of subsection 1 of Section 3 insert <br /> <br />the following subsection (2): <br /> <br /> Homes wired by owner will not be acceptea for <br /> <br /> inspection unless permit has been issued by the <br /> Electrical Inspector.
