NORTH CAROLINA: <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY: <br /> <br />A RESDULTION CLOSING PORTIONS OF PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE AND KNOLLWOOD <br /> DRIVE IN"TOgNSHIP NO. & <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Cabarrus <br />County, North Carolina, has hereto~%~ duly a~opt~d at a~regular <br />meeting of the Board, held on the ~day of~_~ 196&,'a reso- <br />lu~on f~xinE its meeting to-be heist /d o'51-0-6~, O_.m., on <br />_~~~ . , 196~, in the meeting r~-~m of th? <br />B~aFd of Count~ Commissi0hers of Cabarrus County in the Courthouse <br />at Concord, North Carolina, as the meeting~'to act upon the peti- <br />tion heretofore filed by Nybor Corporation, owner of the property <br />abutting those portions of Pennsylvania Avenue and Knollwood <br />Drive in Township No. & sought to be closed by said petition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the time and place for the meeting to consider <br /> and act upon said petition was~uly adveEtised o~ce each week'for <br /> four successive weeks in the '(~~o~ ~/~~ , a · <br /> newspaper in general circulat'iOn and pugli~hed in Cabarr~s COunty, <br /> North Carolina, as provided by law; and that no person, firm, or <br /> corporation owns any property adjacent to those portions of Penn- <br /> sylvania Avenue and Knollwood Drive sought to be closed by the <br /> aforesaid petition, except the petitioner Nybor Corporation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the petition came on for hearing and was duly <br /> considered and all persons desiring to be heard were so allowed <br /> in the meeting of the Board of County Commissioners?set for said <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Cabarrus County, North Carolina, $~its re~lar o <br /> meeting at the Cabarrus County Courthouse on the /~day of~_~/ <br /> 196&, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. It has been made to appear to the satisfaction of the <br /> Board of County Commissioners of Cabarrus County, North Carolina <br /> and the Board finds as a fact that the closing of the below des- <br /> cribed portions of Pennsylvania Avenue and Knollwood Drive is not <br /> contrary to the public interest and that no individual, firm, or <br /> corporation own~g property in the vicinity of said streets or in <br /> the subdivision in which said streets are located will be deprived <br /> of reasonable means of ingress and egress to his or its property <br /> if said portions of said streets are closed and abandoned. <br /> <br /> 2. It further appears to the satisfaction of the Board of <br /> County Commissioners of Cabarrus County and the Board finds as a <br /> fact that all persons, corporations, and firms having an interest <br /> <br /> <br />
