in said roads have been notified of this hearing as required by <br />law and that the closing thereof is advisable and does not affect <br />the right of ingress and egress of other property owners; and <br /> 3. It further appears that the portions of Pennsylvania <br />Avenue and Knollwood Drive to be closed under this resolution <br />are described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lying and being in Cabarrus County, N. C.,iu <br /> Township No. 4 and BEGINNING at a point, the <br /> Northwest corner of Lot i in Block "I" of the <br /> Carolina Air Park, on Sheet #1 as shown'on <br /> the map recorded in Book 9, page 39, in the <br /> Office~of the~Register of Deeds, Cabarrus <br /> County, N. C., and runs thence with the line <br /> of Lot i and it prolonged South 29° 23' East <br /> 300 feet to a point in the Northern line of <br /> Knollwood Drive, the same being the Southwest <br /> corner of property formerly owned by Rebecca <br /> C. Means and husband, George B. Means, now <br /> owned by Nybor Corporation; running thence <br /> with the Northern line of said Knollwood <br /> Drive, said line also being the Southern <br /> lines of property formerly owned by Rebecca <br /> C. Means and husband, George B. Means; and <br /> Lura'S. Wellborn (widow); J. Frank Scott and <br /> wife, Edna V. Scott; and Etta C. Barrier <br /> (widow), all now owned by Nybor Corporation, <br /> North 60° 37' East to a point in-the North- <br /> ern line of said Knollwood Drive, which point <br /> is North 29~ 43' West 40 feet from a point <br /> in the Southern line of Knollwood Drive, the <br /> Northeast corner of pr?perry formerly owned <br /> by Willie Ross Boyd (widow), now owned by <br /> Nybor Corporation; thence South 29* 43' East <br /> 40 feet to a point in the Southern line of <br /> Knollwood Drive; thence~with the Southern <br /> line of Knollwood Drive, which line is also <br /> the Northern line of property formerly owned <br /> by Willie Ross Boyd (widow), and Etta C. <br /> Barrier (widow); and W.
