Constitutional Amendment to permit creation of an intermediate Court of Appeals is hereby en~orssd, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all the voters of Cabarrus Counby are hereby urged to work, support, and vote for the Amendment at the C~neral Election on November 2, 1965. Adopted this ~th day of October, 1965. The audit report for 196h-1965 was presented to commissioners for study until next meeting. Co~dssioners requested a letter be sent to the President of th~ Cabarrus County Volunteer Fire Department asking him to decide which department could best use the surplus radio units the county now has. Ralph Litaker, Tax Supervisor, presented applications for a Cartographer for the Mapping Department to replace Larry Conner. ~Mr. Litaker was instructed to place an ad in the paper for ten days for this position and commissioners will decide at a meeting.. Nov. l~, 1965~ at 7:00 P. M. Leon Overcash, County Dog Warden, requested a Rabies Inspector for Cabarrus Co~uty. Commissioners agreed for Dr. ~¥orkman to appoint same.
