Constitutional Amendment to permit creation of an intermediate Court of Appeals is hereby <br /> en~orssd, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all the voters of Cabarrus Counby are hereby urged to <br /> work, support, and vote for the Amendment at the C~neral Election on November 2, 1965. <br /> Adopted this ~th day of October, 1965. <br /> <br /> The audit report for 196h-1965 was presented to commissioners for study until next <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> Co~dssioners requested a letter be sent to the President of th~ Cabarrus County <br /> <br /> Volunteer Fire Department asking him to decide which department could best use the surplus <br />radio units the county now has. <br /> <br /> Ralph Litaker, Tax Supervisor, presented applications for a Cartographer for the <br />Mapping Department to replace Larry Conner. ~Mr. Litaker was instructed to place an ad in the <br />paper for ten days for this position and commissioners will decide at a meeting..
