4.4 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> <br /> County of Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Board of Commissioners has determined and <br /> <br /> does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br /> (a) That an order authorizing $6,000,000.00 School <br /> <br /> Building Bonds of the County of Cabarrus was finally passed on <br /> <br /> June 22, 1964, which order was approved by the vote of the majority <br /> of the qualified voters of said County who voted at an election duly <br /> called and held on August 4, 1964. <br /> <br /> (b) That $3 ,.000 , 000. 00 of said bonds have been issued, <br /> <br /> which bonds are designated "School Building Bonds, Series A", are <br /> dated December 1, 1964, and mature annually, June 1, lowest numbers <br /> first, $200,000.00 1966, $90,000.00 1967 to 1972, inclusive, <br /> $100,000.00 1973, $115,000.00 1974 to 1978, inclusive, $130,000.00 <br /> 1979 to 1984, inclusive, $160,000.00 1958 to 1988, inclusive, and <br /> $165,000.00 1989, and that no notes have been issued in anticipation <br /> of the receipt of the proceeds of the balance of said 'bonds. <br /> <br /> (c) That it is necessary that Cabarrus County, acting as <br /> <br /> <br />
