Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners, Oren Hill, McNeil Petrea, Frank McCray <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner, Smoot Lyles <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman James. Hill made motion, seconded by <br />~etrea to appoint the firm of Llewellyn, McKenzie and Johnson as County Attorneys. <br />Vote carried. <br /> <br /> Hill made motion, seconded by Petrea to approve the Resolution Providing <br />For The Levy Of Taxes For The Rockland Sanitary District at the rate of 58¢ per <br />one hundred dollars valuation. Vote carried. (See resolution on page ~ ) <br /> <br /> Petrea made motion seconded by Hill to approve the resolution of Parkwood <br />Sanitary District Providing For The Levy of Taxes at a rate of 15¢ per one <br />hundred dollars valuation.
