That the Sanitary District Board of Rockland Sanitary District has <br /> <br /> determined 0a~d does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br /> (A) That the funds available from surplus operating revenue <br /> provided by North Carolina General $~catutes 130-144 are not sufficient <br /> for the paymen~ of interes; and ~he retirement of the District's bond.~. <br /> <br /> (B) That il: is estimated the assessed valuation of 1:he property w~th- <br /> in the limits of the Rockland Sanitary Di$~rick amounk ko approximately <br /> Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars. <br /> <br /> (C) That a levy of Fifty Eight Cents per one hundred dollars valu~ticn <br /> will produce approximately Two Thousand Dollars revenue. <br /> <br /> (D) That barring unforeseen and unanticipated expenses the additi~na <br /> sum of Two Thousand Dollars will be ample to meet all obligations of ~he! <br /> DiskricZ during the fiscal year 1966-67. <br /> <br /> , 2.
