That the Secretary of the Parkwood Sanitary <br /> District Board certified ~o the Board of County <br /> Commissioners for Cabarrus County, North Carolina, <br /> that the Parkwood Sanitary District Board had deter- <br /> mined that a levy of $. 15 per $100.00 valuation of the <br /> property within the District limits is necessary to <br /> raise the amount needed to meet the current obligations <br /> of said District and requested that said amount be <br /> included in the next annual levy to be determined by the <br /> Board of County Commissioners and collected as other <br /> taxes under the provisions of G. S. 130-141. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br /> <br /> Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
