BEGINNIN6 at a point in the building line /~ <br />on the North side of East Corbin Street, said <br />point being referred to in Deed Book 93,~Page <br />221, as the Walter Patterson corner; thence <br />with the West edge of the West wall of the <br />Walter Patterson Estate Building N. 38-00 W. <br />139.0 feet to the South edge of the South wall <br />of the Maness Building now owned by the Snyder <br />Printing Company; thence with the South face <br />of this wall S. 52-23 W. 27.5 feet to a point <br />in the center of a party wall between the <br />Snyder Printing Company and this property; <br />thence along the center of this party wall S. <br />.38-00 E. 36.7 feet to a point 2.3 feet North <br />of the North face of the North wall of Shop <br />Building; thence with a line parallel to this <br />wall, but 2.3 feet North of same, S. 53-00 W. <br />40.3 feet to an iron stake in the original T. D. <br />Maness line, thence with his line S. 36-45 E. <br />20.7 feet to a point in the Allison-Reed line; <br />thence with this line S. 53-00 W. 5.0 feet to <br />the point in original T. D. Maness line; thence <br />along this line S. 36-45 E. 81.8 feet, said <br />line being in part along the West face of the <br />West wall of Allison Apartment hotel building <br />(this building 'has been replaced by others but <br />the same foundations were used. See Deed Book <br />106, Page 278), to a point in the building line <br />of East Corbin Street; thence along the build- <br />ing line N. 53-00 E. 75.0 feet to the point of <br />BEGINNING. <br /> <br /> Together with a right-of-way lesding from <br /> East Corbin Street between the property above <br /> described on East Corbin Street and the Allison <br /> property: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at an iron stake at the Southwest <br /> corner of the Allison Apartment wall and runs <br />'thence with said wall and a new line prolonged <br /> N. 36-45 W. 81.8 feet to an iron stake in the <br /> Reed right-of-way line; thence with the line of <br /> Reed and Allison S. 52-30 W. 9 feet to an iron <br /> stake in the Allison and Reed line; thence S. <br /> 36-45 E. 81.8 feet to an iron stake on East <br /> Corbin St. against the wall of the store build- <br /> ing; thence with said Corbin Street N. 52-30 E. <br /> 9 feet to the beginning; and it is expressly <br /> agreed that said right-of-way-shall at all times <br />remain open for the purpos~6f ingress and. egress <br /> of all parties occupying the lands described in <br /> Deed recorded in the office of the Register of <br /> Deeds for Cabarrus County, North Carolina, in <br /> Book 93, Page 221, and also any lands which the <br /> grantors in said Deed or their leSseSs or assigns <br /> may occupy adjoining the said right-of-way, <br /> unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the <br /> grantors and grantees in said Deed or their heirs <br /> and assigns. <br /> <br /> Same being the property conveyed'to T.
