BEGINNIN6 at a point in the building line /~ on the North side of East Corbin Street, said point being referred to in Deed Book 93,~Page 221, as the Walter Patterson corner; thence with the West edge of the West wall of the Walter Patterson Estate Building N. 38-00 W. 139.0 feet to the South edge of the South wall of the Maness Building now owned by the Snyder Printing Company; thence with the South face of this wall S. 52-23 W. 27.5 feet to a point in the center of a party wall between the Snyder Printing Company and this property; thence along the center of this party wall S. .38-00 E. 36.7 feet to a point 2.3 feet North of the North face of the North wall of Shop Building; thence with a line parallel to this wall, but 2.3 feet North of same, S. 53-00 W. 40.3 feet to an iron stake in the original T. D. Maness line, thence with his line S. 36-45 E. 20.7 feet to a point in the Allison-Reed line; thence with this line S. 53-00 W. 5.0 feet to the point in original T. D. Maness line; thence along this line S. 36-45 E. 81.8 feet, said line being in part along the West face of the West wall of Allison Apartment hotel building (this building 'has been replaced by others but the same foundations were used. See Deed Book 106, Page 278), to a point in the building line of East Corbin Street; thence along the build- ing line N. 53-00 E. 75.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Together with a right-of-way lesding from East Corbin Street between the property above described on East Corbin Street and the Allison property: BEGINNING at an iron stake at the Southwest corner of the Allison Apartment wall and runs 'thence with said wall and a new line prolonged N. 36-45 W. 81.8 feet to an iron stake in the Reed right-of-way line; thence with the line of Reed and Allison S. 52-30 W. 9 feet to an iron stake in the Allison and Reed line; thence S. 36-45 E. 81.8 feet to an iron stake on East Corbin St. against the wall of the store build- ing; thence with said Corbin Street N. 52-30 E. 9 feet to the beginning; and it is expressly agreed that said right-of-way-shall at all times remain open for the purpos~6f ingress and. egress of all parties occupying the lands described in Deed recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County, North Carolina, in Book 93, Page 221, and also any lands which the grantors in said Deed or their leSseSs or assigns may occupy adjoining the said right-of-way, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the grantors and grantees in said Deed or their heirs and assigns.
