Frank James <br /> <br /> C~ssioners- Rankin, Hawfield, Petrea, and White. <br /> <br /> Chairman James Called the meeting to order. <br /> <br /> Hawfield made motion, seconded by Rankin, to accept the resolution by ~polis <br /> <br /> Sanitary District recorded on page ~'.~ se~ting the District tax ~ate for 1967-68 at ~05 per <br /> $100.00 valuation. Vote carried. <br /> <br /> Hawfield made motion, seconded by Rankin, to accept resolution for Royal Oaks Sanitary <br /> District recorded on page ~ setting the District tax rate for 1967-68 at 505 per $100.00 <br /> valuation. Vote carried. <br /> <br /> Commissioners instructed Ralph Litaker, Tax Supervisor, to use a percentage method in <br /> arriving at valuation of city annexed property in township 5 for the use of City of Concord for <br /> their tax bil]~ug. <br /> <br /> Petrea made motion, seconded by Rankin, to appoint Robert Bogle to the Jury Ccmmission. <br /> <br /> Vote carried. <br /> <br /> Petrea n~l.e motion, seco~l, ed b7 Hawfield, to r~...~ppoint P,~l~h K. l.qt.,~er as Tax ..~.l~mrisor fo~ <br /> <br /> a two year term effective July 1, 1967, until July 1, 1969. Vote carried. <br /> <br /> Revised 1967-68 budget and property valuation figures were presented by County Account Hurt. <br /> CcmmSssioners instructed Mr. Hurt to compute tax collections at 93% collections in revenue <br /> estimates. <br /> <br /> There being no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
