6(: 1 <br /> <br /> John Sharpe Hartsell, Chairman of the Cabarrus County Board of El'e~'ttons <br /> <br />announced the appointment of Mrs. Ann Krimminger Wilkinson as a special registrar <br />to begtn-~ork April 2, 1968, in headquarters located in the County Building on <br />Church Street, S., for the registration of voters from any precinct in the County <br />Monday through Friday of each week in the current registration period. Regular <br />registrars will be at the thirty-five (?5) voting places each Saturday, April 6, <br />1q, and 20.
