Section 2. That the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Cabarrus does hereby approve the annexation of the territory <br />described in the petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District and <br />does hereby recommend to the North Carolina State Board of Health <br />that it approve the annexation of the territory unto the Kannapolis <br />Sanitary District. <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners for <br />the County of Cabarrus is hereby directed to certify a copy of this <br />resolution to the North Carolina State Board of Health. <br /> Thereupon, upon motion of Commissioner , <br /> <br />seconded by Commissioner , the foregoing resolu- <br /> <br />tion entitled: "RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY <br />TO KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT" was passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: <br /> <br /> Noes: <br /> <br /> I, Arvonia Cochran, Clerk of the Board of Commissioners for <br /> <br />the County of Cabarrus, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a <br />true copy of so much of the proceedings of the Board of Commissioners <br />of said County at a meeting held on April 1, 1968, as relate to the <br />passage of the resolution hereinabove set forth, and that said <br />proceedings are recorded in Volume of the minutes of said <br />Board, beginning at page and ending at page . <br /> <br /> WITNESS my hand and the corporate seal of said County, this <br /> <br /> day of April, 1968. <br /> <br /> Clerk of Board of Commissioners <br /> <br /> <br />
