A regular meeting of the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> <br /> Kannapolis Sanitary District, in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties, <br /> <br /> North Carolina, was held at the Kannapolis Sanitary District <br /> <br /> Administration Building, Floyd Street, Kannapolis, North Carolina, <br /> <br /> within the boundaries of said Sanitary District, on January 18, <br /> 1968, at 7:30 o'clock PoM. <br /> <br /> Present: Everette L. Murph, Acting Chairman, H. Clee <br /> Overcash, Member, and Harold D. Holbrook, Member and Secretary. <br /> <br /> Absent: John S. Oehler, Chairman, Carl W. Brown, Member. <br /> <br /> Everette L. Mur~h introduced the following <br /> resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE <br /> ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO <br /> I~NN~0LIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> <br /> ! Kannapolis Sanitary District: <br /> !i Section 1.
