C., within <br /> the boundaries of said sanitary District, on O~tober 17, I968, <br /> at 7:30 o'clock PoM. <br /> <br /> Present: Everette L. Murph, Chairman, Carl W. Brown, <br /> <br /> H. Clee Overcash, Members, and Harold D. Holbrook, Member and <br /> Secretary. <br /> <br /> Absent: None. <br /> <br /> ii Carl W. Brown introduced the following resolution <br /> il which was read: <br /> <br /> : RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE <br /> ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO <br /> KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE- IT RESOLVED by the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> <br /> Kannapolis Sanita'ry District: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
