RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for Cabarrus County, realizing <br /> <br /> the need for airport facilities in Cabarrus County; <br /> <br /> And the present state of affairs shows that no airport <br /> <br /> facilities presently exist in Cabarrus County; <br /> <br /> That the economy of Cabarrus County would better be <br /> <br /> served by the existence Of an airport; <br /> <br /> And the County of Cabarrus presently is unable out of <br /> <br /> its General Fund to provide for airport facilities; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of <br /> <br /> Commissioners for Cabarrus County, upon motion of F. J. <br /> Beasley, Jr., and seconded by R. B.
