State Board of Health approve the annexation of the territory <br />described in said petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That the Secretary of the Sanitary District <br />Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary District is hereby directed to <br />certify a copy of this resolution to the Chairman of the Board <br />Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus and for the Chairman of <br />the Board of Commissioners for the County of Rowan and to the <br /> <br />North Carolina State Board of Health. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Carl W. Brown , seconded by <br /> <br /> H. Clee Overcash , the foregoing' resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO KANNAPOLIS <br />SANITARY DISTRICT" was passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Everette L. Murph., Carl W. Brown, Carl B. Shinn, <br /> <br /> H. Clee Overcash, and Harold D. Holbrook. <br /> <br /> Noes:None <br /> <br /> I, Harold. D.
