A special meeting of the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> Kannagolis Sanitary District, in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties, <br /> North Carolina, was held at the Kannapolis Sanitary District <br /> Administration Building, Floyd Street, Kannapolis, N. C., within <br /> the boundaries of said Sanitary District, on'March'27, 1969, <br /> at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br /> Present: ~verette L. Murph, Chairman, Carl W. Brown, <br /> <br /> H.
