<br /> THIS LEASE made and entered into this the ~ ~- day of
<br /> April, 1969, by and between WANNIE CRESS RICHARDS and Husband,
<br /> H. A. RICHARDS, parties of the first part; and CABARRUS COUNTY,
<br /> PARTY OF THE SECOND PART:

<br /> That subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set
<br /> forth, said parties of the first part doth hereby let and lease
<br /> unto said party of the second part, and the said party of the
<br /> second part doth hereby accept as lessee of said parties of the
<br /> first part a certain parcel of land together with any buildings
<br /> and other improvements thereon situate, lying and being in
<br /> Cabarrus County, North Carolina,. and the more particularly
<br /> described as follows:

<br /> North Carolina, on both sides of Irish Potato Road and Barrier
<br /> Road and adjoining the proper, ty of John Goodman, W. A. Goodman,
<br /> Marvin Aldridge, Margaret Barrier, E. B. Grady, Jr., T. D.
<br /> Widenhouse, Joe Talbert, Mrs. J. L. Sapp, Ed Goodman Estate,
<br /> William Green and J. L. Cress and bounded as follows:

<br /> hickories, a corner of Mrs. J. L. Sapp; thence two lines of
<br /> Sapp, 1st, S. 18-00 E. 640.2'; 2nd~ S. 10-00 E. ~825' to a P.O.;
<br /> (same being the beginning corner of the 90 acre tract described
<br /> in Deed Book No. 8.5 at Page 61 and 62); thence .with the line of
<br /> Ed Goodman Estate S. 74-00 E. 1633.5' to a R.O. on the line of
<br /> William Green; thence with three lines of Green, 1st, N. 22-00
