393 398 ' <br /> <br /> Excepted from this Lease is all that portion of the above <br /> described property lying on the Eastern side of Irish Potato <br /> Road, which portion contains 150 acres more or less. This Lease <br /> to be for all Ghat portion of land lying West of Irish Potato <br /> Road. <br /> <br /> To have and to hold said lands and premises, together with <br /> all privileges and appurtenances there unto belonging to them, <br /> the said party of the second part, upon the conditions herein- <br /> after set forth: <br /> <br /> 1. The parties of the first part may at any time that <br /> this Lease is in effect have the right to go upon the premises <br /> and cut any and all standing timber for their sole benefit; <br /> any standing timber which might interfere with the use of said <br /> property as hereinafter set out may be removed by the party of <br /> <br />).,$ON.
