Carolina, that for the year 1969 it requests that said Board of County Commissioners introduce in its annual levy the sum of forty (40¢) ,,,cents per one hundred dollars property valuation to be levied against all taxable property within the District, said funds to be collected by the County Tax Collector and turned over to the Kannapolis Sanitary District as provided in General Statutes 130-141, the County Tax Collector retaining 5% of the amount collected as reimbursement to Cabarrus County for expenses of levying and collecting said tax. i Section 2. That the Secretary of the Sanitary District ~ Board forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of ' County Commissioners of Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from the date of its passage.
