2. That the Secretary of the Parkwood Sanitary District Board <br />certifies to the Board of County Commissioners for Cabarrus County, North <br />Carolina, that the Parkwood Sanitary District ]Board has determined that a <br />levy of fifteen cents (15~) per One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) valuation of <br />property within the District limits is necessary to raise the amount <br />necessary to meet the current obligations of the said District and requests <br />that said amount be included in the next levy to be determined by the Board <br />of County Commissioners and collected as other taxes under the provisions <br />ofG. S. 130-144. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That a levy of fifteen cents (15q) per One Hundred <br />Dollars ($100.00) valuation of property within the Parkwood Sanitary <br />District limits be included in the next annual levy to be determined by the <br />Board of County Commissioners for the fiscal year 1969-70 and that said <br />levy be collected as other county taxes as provided by North Carolina General <br />Statute 130-141. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner , <br /> <br />seconded by Commissioner , the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution entitled "RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES <br /> <br />FOR THE PARKWOOD SANITARY DISTRICT" was passed by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: <br /> <br /> NOES: <br /> <br /> <br />
