Carolina, that for the year 1969 it requests that said Board of <br /> County Commissioners introduce in its annual levy the sum of <br /> <br /> fifty (50¢) cents per one hundred dollars property valua- <br /> <br /> tion to be levied against all taxable property within the DJ <br /> said funds to be collected by the County Tax Collector and <br /> over to the Royal Oaks Sanitary District as provided in General <br /> Statutes 130-131. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Secretary of the Sanitary District <br /> Board forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of <br /> County Com~issioners of Cabarrus County, North Curolina. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
