A regular meeting of the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> <br /> Kannapolis Sanitary District, in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties, <br /> <br /> North Carolina, was held at the Kannapolis Sanitary District <br /> Administration Building, Floyd Street, Kannapolis, N. <br /> within the boundaries of said Sanitary District, on October 9, <br /> 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br /> Present: Everette L. Murpb, Chairman, Carl W. Brown, <br /> H. Clee Overcash, and Carl B. Shinn, Members, and Harold D. <br /> Holbrook, Member and Secretary. <br /> <br /> Absent: None. <br /> <br /> ~ Carl W. Brown introduced the following <br /> <br /> resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE <br /> ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO <br /> KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> Kannapolis Sanitary District: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
