(B) That the territory described in said petition is located in Rowan County contiguous to the present boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and that no municipal corpora- tion nor any part of the territory of a municipal Corp6ration is included in said territory, nor is any part of a m±ll village ±ncludod in said territory (C) That, said petition was duly signed by 10 property owners owning real property within the proposed territory to be annexed to the Kannapolis Sanitary District and that all of the owners of the real property within the territory proposed to be annexed have signed said petition. (D) That said petition requests that all necessary action required by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Kanna- polls Sanitary District be taken so as to annex the territory described in the petition unto the Kannapolis San±tary District. (E) That it is for the best interest of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and the territory requested to be annexed unto i the Kannapolis Sanitary District that said territory be included within the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and receive the services of the Sanitary District. Section 2. That the Sanitary District Board of the Kanna-! polis Sanitary District approve and does hereby approve the annexation of the territory described in said pet~.tion unto the Kannapolis Sanitary'District and does hereby recommend to the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Cabarrus and the ii Board of County Commissioners of the County of Rowan that said i i Boards of Commissioners approve the annexation of such territory. l Section 3.
