That the Secretary of the Sanitary District <br /> Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary District is hereby directed to <br /> certify a copy of this resolution to the Chairman of the Board <br /> of County Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, to the <br /> Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners for the County <br /> of Rowan, and to the North Carolina State Board of Health. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Carl W. Brown , seconded by <br /> <br /> H.
