of the Kannapolis Sanitary District be taken so as to annex the territory described in each petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitar} District. (e) That it is for the best interest of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and the territories requested to be annexed unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District that said territories be included within the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary Dis- trict and receive the services of the Sanitary District. Section 2. That the Board of Commissioners of the County of Cabarrus does hereby approve the annexation of the territorie-~ described in the petitions unto the Kannapolis Sanitary Distri~A and does hereby recommend to the North Carolina State Board of Health that it approve the annexation of the territories unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District. Section 3. That the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus is hereby directed to certify a copy of this resolution to the North Carolina State Board of Health. Thereupon, upon motion of CommissionerHaWf~e]d , seconded by Commissioner McClary , the foregoing resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORIES ~TO THE KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT" was passed by the following vote: Ayes: Petrea, Rankin, Hawfield and McClary Noes: None I, Arvonia Cochran, Clerk of the Board of Commissioners for the Co'unty of Cabarrus, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true copy of so much of the proceedings of the Board of Commissioners of said County at a meeting held on November 3, 1969, as relate to the passage of the resolution hereinabove set forth, and that said proceedings are recorded in Volume ] 5 of the minutes of said Board, beginning at page 7.51, , and ending' at ALEXANDER & BROWN ,,,,..,,,,.0.^-.,...
