Tha~ the Secretary of the Sanitary District <br /> Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary District is hereby directed to <br /> certify a copy of this resolution to the Chairman of the Board <br /> of County Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus to the <br /> Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners for the County <br /> of Rowan, and to the North Carolina State Board of Health. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Carl W. Brown , seconded by <br /> H. Clee Overcash , the foregoing resolution entitled: <br /> "RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO KANNAPOLIS <br /> SANITARY DISTRICT" was passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Everette L. Murph, Carl W. Brown, H Clee Overcash, <br /> Carl B. Shinn, and Harold D. Holbrook. <br /> <br /> Noes: None. <br /> <br /> I, Harold D.
