(B) That the territory described in said petition is <br /> located in Cabarrus County contiguous to the present boundaries <br /> ,of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and that no municipal cor. <br /> poration nor any part of the territory of a municipal corporatio] <br /> is included in said territory, nor is any part of a mill village <br /> incl~uded in said territory. <br /> (C) That said petition was duly signed by four~L~ (4)~ <br /> property ownersowning real property within the proposed territor <br /> ' to be annexed to the Kannapolis Sanitary District, and that all <br /> of the owners of the real property within the territory proposed <br /> to be annexed have signed said petition. <br /> (D) That said petition requests that all necessary action <br /> required by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of <br /> North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Kanna-, <br /> polis Sanitary District be taken so as to annex the territory <br /> described in the petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District.- <br /> (E) That it is for the best interest of the Kannapolis <br /> Sanitary District and the territory requested to be annexed unto <br /> the Kannapolis Sanitary District that said territory be included <br /> · within the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and <br /> receive the services of the Sanitary District. <br /> Section 2.
