Section 2. That at the first biennial election after <br /> the adoption of this resolution, of the five candidates elected <br /> as members of the Kannapolis Sanitary District Board, the three <br /> candidates receiving the three highest numbers of votes shall <br /> be elected for four-year terms and the remaining two candidates <br /> elected shall be elected for two-year terms; that at each <br /> biennial election thereafter the election shall be for a four- <br /> year term. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Secretary of the Board of County <br /> Commissioners shall forward a certified copy of this resolution <br /> to the Cabarrus County Board of Elections. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
