Whereas, the Cabarrus County Tax Collector has requested <br /> <br /> that he be given authority, pursuant to G. S. 105-385 (c), <br /> to direct executions against the personal property of various <br /> taxpayers who are delinquent in payment of Cabarrus County <br /> Property Taxes to the Sheriff or any peace officer of Cabarrus <br /> County, and it appearing to the Board of Commissioners that <br /> it would be advantegeous and desirable to give the Tax Collector <br /> that authority, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County <br /> <br /> Tax Collector be, and ~e hereby is, authorized to direct <br /> executions against the property of delinquent taxpayers <br /> to the Sheriff or other peace officers of Cabarrus County, <br /> and that said peace officer be allowed his costs as provided <br /> by law. <br /> <br />JOHNSON, DAVIS & HORTON <br />ATTORNEYS AT LAW <br /> <br /> CONCORD, N.C. <br /> <br /> <br />
