The board pointed out to Mr. Honeycutt that the county had no zoning <br />regulations at this time and therefore would have no jurisdiction in the matter <br />unless the Health Department found that the installation would endanger the ' <br />public health. The board suggested that the Robe~ta group make a personal <br />appeal to the p~operty owner in question to reconsider his plans for the Mobile <br />Home T~ailer Pa~k. <br /> <br /> County Pl~uner, Jer~y Myers, called the boards attention to the proposed <br /> <br />county o~dinance limiting residental lot sizes which had its first public hearth <br />in November. He stated that thru a typographical error, the newspaper ad- <br />verttsement contained a w~ong date and that there was a question of legality <br />which would prohibit the second reading of the ordinance at this time. A£ter <br />a discussion the board decided to refer this matter back to the zoning and <br />~lanning Board, with the recommendation that the proposed ordinance be examined <br />by the Council of Government with the view that it might be tied in with <br /> <br />proposed sub-division regulations. <br /> <br /> M~s. Rosalee Childe~s complained to the board that he~ assistance check <br /> <br />had been ~educed by the Department of Social Se~vice and that used clothes <br />that had been offered he~ child~en were unsuitable. The board in£ormed Mrs. <br />Childers that they had no jurisdiction in the matter and instructed her to <br />contact Mrs. Frances Long, Director of Depargraent of Social SerWice about <br />the matter. <br /> <br /> James made motion, seconded by MoClary to aco~pg the following road <br /> <br />petitions. <br /> Township #4 Springway Drive Requested addition to State <br /> <br /> Having no futher business, Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> Clerk to Board <br /> <br /> <br />
