841 <br /> <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY R E S O L U T I O N <br /> <br /> At the regular monthly meeting, February l, 1971, of the <br /> <br /> Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners, Concord, N. C. the <br /> following resolution was adopted upon motion by Hammett, <br /> seconded by McClary: <br /> <br /> That Fred T. Riley is appointed purchasing agent for <br /> <br /> Cabarrus County. Said purchasing agent is authorized to <br /> issue checks and drafts from County funds to pay for purchases <br /> made for the County. <br /> <br /> That Fred T. Riley is hereby authorized to issue and <br /> sign checks drawn on any bank account of Cabarrus County <br /> located in any bank, savings and loan association, or trust <br /> company and said banks are hereby authorized to honor checks <br /> so issued and signed.
