BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />OF THE COUNTY OF CABARRUS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized <br /> <br />to execute a contract with the City of Concord, pursuant to Section 160-20.2 <br />of the General Statutes of North Carolina, whereby the two parties agree to <br />render mutual aid and assistance by the loan of law enforcement officers <br />and[or equipment in time of emergency. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Such contract shall specify when it shall take <br /> <br />effect, and shall be presented to the governing boards of both parties for <br />ratification at the next regular or special meeting called for that purpose, <br />but such contract shall be in all respects valid and binding between the <br />time of its final execution and the next regular or special meeting of the <br />Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This resolution shall take effect upon its <br /> <br />adoption. ,-~ <br /> <br /> <br />
