Glenn Hawfield~ Jr. introduced the <br /> following resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING THE PROPERTY ASSESSMENT RATIO FOR 1971 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> County of Cabarrus that the Property Assessment Ratio for-the <br /> year 1971 be set at the same rate as in the year 1970, to-wit: <br /> sixty per cent (60%) of valuation. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Mc Clary moved the passage of the fore- <br /> going resolution, and the resolution was passed by the following <br /> vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Commissioners S.
