Mr. Hutchinson was advised <br /> to investigate the possibility of a Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> Sanatarian Everette Calloway gave a report on Jacob H. H. S1Qop <br /> <br /> and reported that "an excellent job is being done" and that more <br /> <br /> equipment than the contract requires is being used. <br /> <br /> McClary brought up matter of building a new courthouse. <br /> <br /> Chairman Hawfi~ld reported .that he had talked, with Arthitect <br /> George A..Gr~.~f-in, and said t.hat acos~ study and re-examinatio~ <br /> of original courthouse plans would cost $3,600.00. After di~cu.ssion, <br /> McClary made motion that Hawfieldproceed with securing of cost study <br /> .from George A. Griffin. The motion was seconded by Gal]imore. Vote <br /> was unanimous. <br /> <br /> Charles Gallimore was appointed alternate delegate to the <br /> <br /> Central Piedmont Council. of Regional Government after James' <br /> <br /> nomination of McClary drew no action. <br /> <br /> Chairman Hawfield introduced a letter from the Chai...~man of the <br /> <br /> Central Piedmont .Resource Conservation and Development Agency and <br /> requested that the board consider offering.support to the recentl, y <br /> organized Central Piedmont. Resource Conservation~andDeve.lopment <br /> Project concept. A resolution was presented and unanimou~sly <br /> adopted upon arnot~onmade by McClary and seconded by.
