A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THAT CERTAIN CONTRACT OR AGREFLMENT ENTERED INTO <br /> BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF CONCORD AND THE COUNTY OF CABARRUSPROVIDING <br /> FOR.LAW ENFORC~IENT ASSISTANCE IN EMERGENCIES. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITy OF <br /> <br /> CONCORD. <br /> <br /> Section 1. That certain contract or agreement executed by <br /> the Mayor of the City of Concord and the Chairman of the Board of <br /> Commissioners of Cabarrus County on the 11 day of March, 1971, <br /> <br /> pursuant to authority vested in them by their respective governing <br /> <br />,boards, which resolution of this Board appears in the minutes of its <br /> meeting of March 11, , 1971, at page. 4. , whereby the <br /> parties agree to render mutual aid and assistance by the loan of law <br /> enforcement'officers and equipment in time of emergency, is hereby <br /> ratified and confirmed in all respects and is adopted as the act of <br /> this Board. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
