In carrying out the recommendations of the Grand Jury <br />dated the 16th day of March, 1971, pertaining to the <br />condition of the courthouse in Cabarrus County, the Court <br />directs that the report of the Grand Jury and their <br />recommendationsbe forwarded forthwith to the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Cabarrus County with direction <br />of the Court that they report back in writing at the <br />next criminal term of criminal court which this Court <br />will hold in Cabarrus County as to what concrete action <br />they are taking and will take in the immediate future <br />to carry out the directives of the Grand Jury; and the <br />Court offers its services in any way it can, having just <br />been through the construction of a new court building <br />and facilities in Iredell County. <br /> <br /> Robert A.
