Mecklenburg County line to the Union County line; thence North with the <br />Stanly County line to the point of BEGINNING. <br /> <br /> E. The following portion of Cabarrus County is granted unto <br />William Williams: <br /> <br /> Said franchise is granted within the following boundaries: BEGIN- <br />NING at a point in Coddle Creek where the Southern RailrOad~ridge crosses <br />Coddle Creek and running North up Coddle Creek to the mouth of Wolf <br />Meadow Branch; thence up Wolf Meadow Bridge to the~ west boundary of the <br />of the Cabarrus Country Club property in Weddington Road; thence a straight <br />line North to the intersection of Crisco Road and Poplar Tent Road; thence <br />West 300 feet with Poplar Tent Road; thence North with a line 300 feet West <br />of Crisco Road to Interstate 85; thence Northeast with Interstate 85 to a <br />point 300 feet South of Highway 73; thence with a line 300 feet South of <br />Highway 73 in an Easterly direction to Buffalo Creek; thence South with <br />Buffalo Creek to Highway 29; thence South with Highway 29 to the Poplar <br />Tent Road; thence East with Poplar Tent Road to the West City Limit line of <br />the City of Concord; thence South with the ]~Vest City Limit line of the City of <br />Concord to the intersection of said City Limit line and the Southern Railway <br />tracks as they leave the City of Concord in a southerly direction; thence <br />Southwest with the Southern Railway tracks to the point of BEGINNING in <br />Coddle Creek, and including in addition all of that portion of Manor Avenue <br />that is between the Concord City Limits and Highway 601 By-Pass. <br /> <br /> <br />
