F. The following portion of C~barrus County is granted unto James <br /> <br />A. Jones and William E. Fisher: <br /> <br /> Said franchise is granted within the following boundaries: BEGIN- <br /> <br />NING at a point in the Cabarrus-Stanly County line 300 feet 300 feet South of <br />Highway 200 and runs thence 300 feet South of said highway in a westerly di- <br />rection to the corner of Townships 9 and 10 in Rocky River (said corner being <br />where the River changes course from east to south); thence continuing west <br />with the meanderings of Rocky River to the place where Coddle Creek enters <br />Rocky River; thence North up Coddle Creek to the place where the Southern <br />Railway bridge crosses Coddle Creek; thence Northeast with the Southern <br />Railway tracks to the City Limits of the City of Concord; thence South with <br />the City Limits of the City of Concord to the Southern boundary of the City of <br />Concord; thence with the Southern boundary of the City of Concord to the East <br />side of the City Limits of the City of Concord; thence North with the City <br />Limits to the place where the Northeast corner of the City Limits intersects <br />the No. 4 Township line; thence West with the City Limits to Lake Concord <br />Road; thence North with Lake Concord Road to 1-85; thence Northeast with <br />1-85 to a point 300 feet south of Brantley Road; thence East with a line 300 <br />feet south of Brantley Road to the old Concord-Salisbury Road; thence with <br />the old Concord-Salisbury Road North to the Rowan County line; thence with <br />the Rowan County line East go the Stanly County line; thence with the Stanly County <br />line South to the point of BEGINNING, but not including the portion of Manor Avenue <br />that is between the Concord City Limits and Highway 601 By-Pass. <br /> <br /> <br />
