transportation, water, sewerage, schools, parks, and other <br /> public requirements, all in accordance with a well-considered <br /> comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />Section VII. Submission of Plats <br /> <br /> The developer of a subdivision or mobile home park may file a plat <br /> <br />in the Cabarrus County Registry showing all of the lots or spaces in said subdi- <br />vision or mobile home park and may receive in advance permits to use each of <br />said lots or spaces as a residential-type development if each lot or space meets <br />the requirements of this ordinance. If, after the permits have been issued <br />under this section, any lot or space in said subdivision or mobile home park is <br />used in a manner that violates the terms of this ordinance or any other ordi- <br />nances lawfully adopted by Cabarrus County, the permit for said lot or space and <br />all lots or spaces being used at that time shall be revoked by tt~e Cabarrus County <br />Building Inspector or other officer, employee, or agent of Cabarrus County <br />appointed by the Board of County Commissioners of Cabarrus County. <br />Section VIII. Penalty <br /> <br /> Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this ordi- <br />nance, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any other order made thereunder <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished as provided by General Statute <br />14-4.' Each day the violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate <br />offense. <br /> <br />Section IX. Existing Lots and Spaces. <br /> <br /> The provisions of this ordinance shall not prohibit the continuing use <br />of any lot or space in existence on the effective date of this ordinance. <br />Section X. Conflict. <br /> <br /> When the requirements of this ordinance conflict with the requirements <br />of other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, or ordinances of Cabarrus County, <br />or deed restrictions imposed by any developer or landowner, the more stringent <br />or higher requirements shall govern. <br /> <br /> <br />
