McClary presented and read a resolution providing for the <br />prosecution of persons failing to pay for ambulance service. McClary <br />moved for adoption of the Resolution, with a public hearing to be held <br />on July 23, 1971 at 9:00 a.m. Gallimore seconded the motion, which <br /> <br />and becomes a part of these minutes. <br /> <br /> On request for reimbursement to the Dog Warden of charges for <br />telephone calls taken for the County for the period January 1, 1971 <br />through June 30, 1971, McClary made motion, seconded by James, to pay <br />$12.00 per month (of $15.85 per month shown~on bitl)cfor six months; a <br />total of $72.00. Vote was unanimous. <br /> <br /> Gallimore made motion, seconded by James, and carried <br />unanimously, to accept the following road petitions: <br /> <br /> Old Salisbury Road - Township 5 - Request for building up and <br />scraping of shoulder of road and also speed marker signs <br /> <br /> Sarah Drive & Stagecoach Road - Township 2 - Request for <br />surface treatment <br /> <br /> Lucy ~venue & Stagecoach Road - Township 2 - Request for <br />surface treatment. <br /> <br /> Quay Road - Township 1 - Request for surface treatment. <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> C~Terk to~ Board <br /> <br /> <br />
