Royal Oaks Sanitary District may be elected for staggered four- <br /> year terms, the terms of three members expiring at one biennial <br /> election and the terms of two members expiring at the next <br /> biennial election. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this <br /> resolution be forwarded by the Secretary of the Sanitary District <br /> Board of the Royal Oaks Sanitary District to the Board of County <br /> Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Jackdale Caldwell, seconded by Jake Corriher <br /> the foregoing resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF CABARRUS TO PROVID <br /> FOR STAGGERED TERMS FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE SANITARY DISTRICT BOARD <br /> OF THE ROYAL OAKS SANITARY DISTRICT" was passed by the following <br /> vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: J. Lloyd Miller, Jackdale Caldwell, Jake Corriher, <br /> and E. L. Poole. <br /> <br /> Noes: None. <br /> <br /> I, E. L.
