Hidden Valley - Request for addition <br /> <br /> Whitley Manufacturing Company - Access Road - Request for addition <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> MINUTES OF A POLLED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF CABARRUS, <br /> NORTH CAROLINA. <br /> <br /> A polling of the Board of CommiSsioners of the County of Cabarrus was made on <br /> Friday, April 14, 1972. ~ <br /> <br /> The Commission was advised of a proposed contract between the County and the Cabarrus <br /> County Department of Social Services for the provision of planning services. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Charles Gallimore proposed the following resolution: <br /> <br /> "BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> 1)That the contract between the County of Cabarrus and the North Carolina <br /> Department of Local Affairs be and the same is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) That the Chaiman and the Director of the Cabarrus County Department of <br /> Social Services, Mrs. Frances B. Long, be and they are hereby authorized <br /> to sign and execute the said contract for and on behalf of the County of <br /> Cabarrus and forward the same to the North Carolina Department of Local <br /> Affairs. <br /> <br />3) That upon final execution a copy of the said contract be filed with the <br /> minutes." <br /> <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Charles Gallimore, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Robert At McClary , said resolution was unanimously passed. <br /> <br />I, S.
