RE SOL U TI ON <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Charles Callimore , seconded by <br /> <br /> John Ha~aett , the following resolution was unani- <br /> <br /> mously adopted: <br /> <br /> "BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the <br /> <br /> County of Cabarrus that a sanitary district be created, to be known as <br /> Jackson Park Sanitary District, in that area of Cabarrus County <br /> described in the resolution passed by this Board on March 6, 1972, <br /> recorded in Minute Book 12, at page 121, a public hearing having been <br /> held pursuant to law and said resolution on June 1, 1972, and no oppo- <br /> sition having been voiced to said district at said hearing; <br /> <br /> AND IT BEING FURTI-[ER RESOLVED that the North Carolina <br /> <br /> State Board of Health be and the same is hereby requested to authorize <br /> <br /> the creation and establishment of said Sanitary District." <br /> <br />WILLIAll~l.
