(d) To provide channels of communication among persons of <br /> <br />all races, to encourage the emploTment of qualified people without regard <br />to race, to encourage youth to become better trained and qualified for <br />useful employment, and to promote equality of opportunity for all citizens. <br /> <br /> (e) To offer its assistance in an attempt at conciliation of <br />any problems that may arise in the community which violate the purposes <br />of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 6. The Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County and <br />the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Concord shall have the <br />authority to enter into contracts with and accept grants from the State <br />and Federal Government and to accept grants from such private sources as <br />they may be authorized to receive by law to provide funds for the Cabarrus <br />County Community Relations Commission. <br /> <br /> Section 7. All funds of the Cabarrus County Community Relations <br />Commission shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of <br />"The County FiScal Control Act". <br /> <br /> <br />
