XV. RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS TO SPEAK BEFORE THE COmmISSION: <br /> <br /> Individuals, not representing an organized group, who are present at meet- <br /> ings of the Commission, may request and ~ay be granted the right to speak <br /> from the floor. However, the Chairman of the Commission may, at his dis- <br /> cretion, determine the order of their speaking, may defer their speaking <br /> until completion of matters before the Commission, and ~ay limit their <br /> speaking to a reasonable length of time. <br /> <br /> XVI. RECOM~ENOATIONS TO THE COUNTY CO~/ISSIONERS <br /> AND BOARD OF ALDEP~EN: <br /> <br /> The Commission shall, from time to time, submit to the Board of Aldermen <br /> and the County Commissioners such reports and recommendations as it deems <br /> appropriate. <br /> <br /> XVII. ANNUAL REPORT: <br /> <br /> The Commission shall submit to the Board of Aldermen and the County Com- <br /> missioners at the end of the year a report o£ its activities including <br /> such recommendations as it considers appropriate. This report shall be <br /> submitted by the Chairman of the Commission, subject to concurrence of a <br /> · ajority of the Commission. <br /> <br />XVIII. TER~ OF MEMBERS: <br /> <br /> Members shall serve for a period of one, two or three years according to <br /> Section I., Paragraph I of the Ordinance creating the Cabarrus County Com- <br /> munity Relations Commission on June 26, 1972, by the Mayor and Board of <br /> Aldermen of the City of Concord, and County Commissioners of Cabarrus Co- <br /> unty, North Carolina. <br /> <br /> XlX. ATTENDANCE: <br /> <br /> If a member of the Commission is absent, without an acceptable reason, from <br /> three (3) consecutive meetings of the Commission, it shall be the duty of the <br /> Chairman of the Commission to request the resignation of this me~ber. <br /> <br /> Adopted by Board of Aldermen, City of Concord~ 9-14-72. <br /> Adopted by Cabarrus County Commissioners . <br /> <br /> <br />
