The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, North <br /> <br /> Carolina, met in regular session at the County Courthouse in Concord, <br /> <br /> North Carolina, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., on November 6, 1972. <br /> <br /> Present: <br /> Oo~missioners: Robex, t A. Brown, Jr., representing the Royal Oaks Sanitary District, <br /> <br />presented the following resolution which, was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF <br /> TERRITORY TO ROYAL OAKS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF <br /> <br />CABARRUS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Board of Commissioners for the County of <br /> <br />Cabarrus has determined and does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br /> (a) That on November 6, 1972, a resolution was received from <br /> <br />the Sanitary District Board of the Royal Oaks Sanitary District re- <br />lating to the annexation of territory to the Royal Oaks Sanitary <br />District. <br /> <br /> (~) That the territory described in the petition consists of <br /> <br />the property of J. C. Long and wife, Alberta S. Long, known as <br /> <br />Royal Oaks Apartments, in Cabarrus County, North. Carolina. <br /> <br /> (c) That the petition was signed by all property owners within <br /> <br />the area requested to be annexed. <br /> <br /> (~) That said petition requests that all necessary action <br /> <br />required by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of North <br />Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Royal Oaks Sanitary <br />District be taken so as to annex the territory described in the petition <br />unto the Royal Oaks Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> <br />
