(e) That it is for the best interest of the Royal Oaks Sanitary <br />District and the territory requested to be annexed unto the Royal Oaks <br />Sanitary District that said territory be included within the boundaries <br />of the Royal Oaks Sanitary District and receive the services of the <br />Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Board of Commissioners for the County of <br />Cabarrus does hereby approve the annexation of the territory described <br />in the petition unto the Royal Oaks Sanitary District and does hereby <br />recommend to the North Carolina State Board of Health that it approve <br />the annexation of the territory unto the Royal Oaks Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> <br />County of Cabarrus is hereby directed to certify a copy of this resolu- <br />tion to the North. Ca~olina State Board of Health. <br /> <br /> Thereupon, upon motion of Commissioner Robe~ A.
