Shinn introduced the following resolution which <br /> was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE <br /> ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO <br /> KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT ~ESOLVED by the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> <br /> Kannapolis Sanitary District: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
