The purpose of this petition is tho annesstion of the Xamd or territory described below to maid Xaanapolis Sanitary District so that said district will include maid territory within its bound- triom, and mo that water and sewerage facilities and other utilities and services which said district im authorized to provide may be provided tn said territory for the preservation sad promotion of the public health and sanitary welfare thermtn.
